Does joining organizations for helping the environment?
I want to join WWF Philippines and Haribon (I live in the Philippines) but I'm not sure if could really make a difference to the environment … They have fresh and a little expensive for a student like me .. I really want to join, but I'm not sure the money I'll join in is worth it. Well, that's what I think – although I could be informed about where the money will really go. thank you very much in advance:)
I was part of WWF U.S., I believe in their cause and money you give them going into subsidies, conservation efforts, etc. Most companies do not want me to send you a breakdown of the place where the money goes, but you must ask for it. My suggestion to you is to request a breakdown of financial donations. Another suggestion is to not join, except if you're sure it's what you do, can and have enough money to do so.
