More than it seems
Tired from our long journey from Namibia, Alex and I decided to book accommodation in South Africa are the first available. It turned Out, the small town of Springbok is the gateway between Namibia and South Africa.
Annie's Cottage
As we walked into town, we stopped to ask a local for directions to a guest house. House Annie suggested that was exactly what we needed. The environment was very nice, but what I liked most our room was purple psychedelic! It was a combination of old furniture in dark wood with beautiful dark purple color stylized and pink, not too. In all honesty, I expected the room to look like other small townhouses: Soft colors with sheets, which not only seems to have been designed in the 1960s, but in reality, could still have bought the litter during this period. So when we were shown our room, Alex and I were very impressed.
After resting for a good night, we were absolutely voracious. We bacon, eggs, toast and of course the best cup of coffee. Alex had eggs Benedict, which showed that since he gave a look of satisfaction pure first bite. While enjoying our delicious food, it was decided to postpone our journey continues, because none of us have Summer in the Springboks before. The waitress suggested a few places to visit, and our weather was perfect, we had the pleasure of being right in the downtown district of Namaqualand flowers during the spring season (from July to September).
Namaqua National Park

Know the Springboks
After Another successful night at Annie's Cottage, spent the day walking around the city. There were lots of markets selling baskets of wood, herbs and crafts made by the Herero and Ovambo. What I like about small towns is that locally produced products are sure to be among the best, as the fig jam made in house that I bought. The old friendship that makes us all happy at first to decide what I wanted to buy. Alex has bought a large bag of biscuits instead Afrikaner Boer.
After a day more relaxed on the Springboks, we decided that we should go home. It's pretty disappointing that we had to leave so soon, but I was glad we had the opportunity to spend a day the friendliness of the locals Namaqua.
