Balistik Blabber: Tajiri

Welcome to the 24th Blabber Balistik! The response to the question last week was both surprising and pleasant! Glad you enjoyed it and as promised for this problem, we will address one of the best wrestlers who look to Keiji Mutoh to ever grace the ring! I now present to you … entry 21 to the "Former World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Discussions talent" …

Tajiri!

Seriously, I really should not need to give you an introduction to this man, but it is my duty to do so especially if you've ever heard speak or had completely forgotten about him! By the way, if you're about to scream "SEE WHO DAT?" He only Wassler WAPANESE IT GOOD OR NOT KNOW ROFL lolz "then do you show the output because we do not need this level of observation here. Few things are figuring out how and why Yoshihiro Tajiri (unrelated to Yoshihiro Asai aka Ultimo Dragon ") has decided to plunge into the sport struggle that is professional, but one thing he loves and idolized the great Keiji Mutoh, also known as "The Great Muta"! As a beginner, Tajiri formed in both the Japanese "strong" style (a kind of industry to "shoot wrestling style, with emphasis on" hybrid styles, such as the mixture of karate and wrestling) and the always intriguing "lucha libre" style of wrestling. Sounds like a lethal combination and elegant, but it has not gone further in his career the results of the training will begin to shine. He made his debut in 1980 in the Japanese branch of the basis of Puerto Rico "International Wrestling Association (IWA), but only went pro in 1994. Not much later he also appeared in the Japanese division of Consuejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) and until 1997 when he joined his hardcore "first" federation "Big Japan Pro Wrestling (BJW). There he learned the ropes of hardcore side professional wrestling and finally got his first taste of gold by winning the team title with Tag BJW Ryuji Yamakawa in July 23, 1997! The duo has even defended the titles against the team infamous Gedo and Jado, two of Japan's most famous tag team heel and the line does not stop there! On February 3, 1998 Tajri Gedo defeated in a demonstration style tournament to win the BJW World Junior Heavyweight title! Indeed, this foot 5 7 Men was intended to great things! This is probably the second time I will not go, even in the middle section to let you know he did his way into the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) has already!

In promoting the Light Heavyweight division and its designated torchbearer, Taka Michinoku, the Tajiri WWF recruited to take the fall. Their match took place July 14, 1997 edition of RAW and a second time on October 20 that same years, after which the events with the BJW mentioned previously held. Now back when Tajiri was taken to Puerto Rico, Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) owner Paul Heyman was spotted and eventually made his move to invite the talented Japanese soft its own brand extreme … in December 1998, Tajiri made his ECW debut … door … BLUE tights?! Bleah! Really, he did! I really thought he looked funny in those tights, but each time the bell rings, he really was distributing some movements painful looking! The audience that night liked what they saw and soon developments Tajiri begin ~ to add to its range of kicks, air strikes and quick grapples, he started wearing pants theme ninja … He began to use an unorthodox position and the ways … and then he started spitting MIST! As fans saw in him his legendary idol, it was his tribute to Keiji Mutoh … now he was "BuzzSaw JAPANESE"!

In ECW, Tajiri fought a plethora of correspondences with some of the best known names in society: Tommy Dreamer, Jerry Lynn, Balls Mahoney, James "Little Guido" Maritato, Kid Kash, Pcicosis, "The Human Suplex Machine" Taz and especially … " The Insane Luchador Super Crazy! Even today, the match between Tajiri and Super Crazy are required in high esteem and is full of high-flying mayhem! YouTube will surely nab you some of those great moments and give a go later! Curiously, although Tajiri was in the same company as Rey Mysterio Jr., the two would never match and much later! During his time with ECW, Tajiri won the "ECW Television Title" defeating Little Guido & Super Crazy in a 3 way dance, April 8, 2000 and the ECW World Tag Team "with Mikey Whipwreck titles after winning a tournament tag, August 25, 2000! After the "fall" of ECW, Tajiri has found a home in the "Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW), another American promotion hardcore style using fluorescent lamps, an incident meat hook and even exploding glass matches ~ Definitely sounds like home to Tajiri! He appeared for 3 shows and even won the championship CZW (on February 28, 2001) only to lose a few seconds later! Such is the life of a hardcore Champion I guess! Two months later, the WWF has finally proposed Tajiri be a larger part of their business than ever before! It began May 24, 2001 as FACE (Yes, it was true!) Playing an assistant to then Commissioner William Regal WWF.

Fortunately, it was really not going to be a face as long as it betrays The Commish and joined the "World Championship Wrestling (WCW) Invasion of the Alliance." This is the great difference Tajiri and emulation of "The Great Muta "- it does not stop at just being a heel wrestler. Sometimes it was on" the side of good, but come on ~ we really as evil Tajiri better! Anyway, he kick started his WWF days to compete with Regal and then turned face again when he fought and defeated the Alliance member Chris Kanyon (WHOOO BETAAAH?!) for the championship WCW United States with the help of his on-screen fling Torrie Wilson (oh yes, is hell, it was true!) on September 10, 2001 edition of RAW! The only problem is that he had not lost Rhyno shortly thereafter. What to do? Winning the WCW Cruiserweight title defeating Billy Kidman (it's a different title for the WWF Light-Heavyweight X-Pac earlier 2001). For a moment he turns face again, to team up with Eddie Guerrero for the WWE Tag Team Championship! Then he turned heel again after "blinding" girlfriend Jamie Noble Nidia with the dreaded black mist, which for me then was one of the most "twisted" canvas I've ever seen (beating on a woman allegedly blind is not the best thing in the world to watch …)! Now, remember what I said about Tajiri and Mysterio Jr. who never a match against each other Back in the old ECW? Well, WWE corrected this problem and boy was it one of the best things have ever thought! "Rey Mysterio vs Tajiri is only one of the best things to watch is on Smackdown! Or RAW! They had so much chemistry it was ring an explosion and Tajiri seriously much of what I call "anti-Mysterio" moves such as avoiding the kick feint 6:19 tigre or give a taste Rey boots when he attempted a springboard … MAN I MISS see these in the ring! Another angle memorable was when Tajiri formed the short life stable "Kyo Dai" lackeys Akio (now called "Jimmy Wang Yang) and Sakoda. An interesting story about this is that WWE wanted this team to emulate the "yakuza" gang of Japanese fame. It is believed that Tajiri has vehemently rejected the proposal for fear that the real Yakuza would somehow get their hands on him, if they look like a gimmick joke …

After nearly four years cruiserweight and tag leagues and his contract with WWE is coming to an end, Tajiri has decided he wants to go home and be with his family and pursue other goals. On December 12, 2005, Tajiri fought Gregory Helms in a losing effort as his televised match from which he received a standing ovation. As of today, Tajiri fights now full time for the two All-Japan Pro Wrestling (AJWP) and "Hustle" promotion where he faces people as the former All-Japan Triple Crown Champion Minoru Suzuki and Toshiaki Kawada infamous use another big kicks in the ring closes.

A large Wrestling veteran and always a pleasure to watch … THAT is Tajiri, and I can not wait to see when WWE decided to induct Hall of Fame to add to its already large list of accomplishments the fight! What makes it even more attractive to me is that in its emulation of "The Great Muta ", he did not just copy … He created his own character which was well received by fans and bonus, completed his idol. In one of the many "tag" dream matches together, Tajiri and his struggle hero Keiji Mutoh ( "Muta of the Caribbean") have joined forces as a tag team to take on Scott Steiner (yes, "Big Poppa Pump" for you!) and Kohei Suwama in AJPW. In true "mutagenic" fashion, The pair put together their spit mist the mark (the dynamic pair alternated between variations of green and red) in the air! It was a spectacle to see and so was the end of the game! Great stuff! I bet if I was Tajiri right now, I'd probably cry of joy ~ I not find the video in its entirety.

Thank you for reading! See you all in the next Blabber!
