"One of the most effective ways for wrestlers to enter in great shape for the season is dependent pathway."
Metabolic Getting air conditioning system is both aerobic and anaerobic system in the form. It is through the creation of a training the status of both systems. At large metabolic get fit, you'll be strong and aggressive on the mat. It is in the offseason … in an effort to get to practice the first day's highest form.
Here are some tips to improve your metabolism:
———- 1. Give Yourself ———- 12-16 weeks
12-16 weeks is the amount of time required to enter the high metabolic state. This is done since the beginning of the summer and working on all summer. Thus, it will be good for next season.
———- 2. Start by jogging one day a week ———-
Jogging is really not much to fight against free high performance. Jogging does not meet the anaerobic (without oxygen) a fighter needs. But … Enter 'aerobic' is an excellent way to condition to be in the best "Anoxia" for combat. Aerobic fitness provides the basis for achieving a high level of anaerobic conditioning. Therefore, we wrestlers to one day per week jogging early metabolic conditioning program. This will be maintained throughout the program. Just do not use it to run only to reduce weight or "get fit". It is simply a tool to improve your anaerobic conditions.
———- 3. Add Sprint Interval ———-
Interval Sprint is basically sprint distances quickly to pre-determined, followed by a walk or slow the pace a given distance to allow the slow heartbeat. If you think that actually mimics the activity of the anti Mat. You'll always followed rest periods. Add sprint interval you enter in anaerobic conditions quickly!
———- 4. Add high intensity Sprint ———-
One day a week, fighters have to do nothing but sprints. This differs from the sprint interval where the wrestler is sprints followed by periods to allow for slow frequency decrease in heart rate before sprinting again. High intensity workouts are Sprint Sprint performed on a predetermined distance. Once completed, rest until your heart rate to normal before sprinting again. This a distance of 10 meters to 150 meters. We do not make the fighter tired of them. We focus on short bursts of speed powerful.
———- 5. HIT Tours ———-
I am a great believer in the value of high intensity training (HIT) in wrestlers. This driving force that requires short, intense workouts frequently. Each game is momentary muscular failure IE. the point at which it can not perform another full repetition. HIT A circuit for wrestlers is to complete training exercises in the HIT mode, a minimum rest between exercises.
It is brutal, but effective. In fact, it can be as effective or more effective than any other program that runs when you try entering the control condition.

What is the best control program Smackdown or Raw?
I prefer Smackdown. It's more exciting. Primas has good fighters though.
Smackown is much better than the first. RAW, there are always promotions throughout unnecessary and generally not unti is not a game perhaps 20 to 30 minutes in the show. Smackdown is much more exciting, the arguments are of better quality and better technical wrestlers. Raw Smackdown is beaten by a long shot.
