What is the probability that the WWE will offer a presale of tickets for the Survivor Series in Philadelphia this year?

A friend and I are trying to get front row tickets to Survivor Series at the Wachovia Center November 26, 2006. As such, we seek the best advice and opportunities for better seats. We understand that these seats will be about $ 300, not mind, but we want good seats. Any advice?
