How can you make a photo from Photoshop using words such as promo photos 51st Grammy?

And if you do not know of any tutorials that teach it, has anyone ideas on how to get this done? thank you very much for your help!
Take your picture, duplicate the layer Posterize and the lowest level, this will give you simple tonal separations. Cover the darker parts with your type (I use Illustrator for this, but you might done in Photoshop). Once completed, you can turn off your posterised layer, the saturation and reduce the contrast of the base layer and color it (in the case of your example with a gradient red to blue), switch, then all of your type layers to multiply.
