Mexican Wrestling
An old shaft recently rediscovered sheds new light on a long-abandoned Mexican mine site.
Yale Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: YLL) in an ongoing sampling program at the copper mine of La Verde Grande in north-western Mexico, has revealed mineralization of skarn a gallery of about 80 meters south of the entrance to the main mine.

The Great Green is the largest of the six historic mining sites within Yale La Verde Project, 45 kilometers northwest of Hermosillo, Sonoro, Mexico. Work Sampling moved to La Grande Verde those other sites.
The project covers 2640 hectares, and in a constant search to define a deposit multi-million tonne open pit mine, Yale, recently acquired another 440 acres in the northeast corner. The new property contains a porphyry target Large – The Sierrita Porphyry – with anomalous copper, zinc and molybdenum values, drilled in 2000 by Freeport McMoRan.

The company has tested a large body of skarn measuring 1,100 meters by 400 meters in the south of the property. The Carol property is approximately 6 km north of Frontera Copper Corp. Piedras Verdes mine, with proven and probable reserves of 191 million tonnes grading 0.36% copper.
Yale won its 65% stake in the company Zacatecas in the Zacatecas Silver District in central Mexico. The finalization of the joint venture agreement with IMPACT Silver Corp. (TSX-V: IPT) is now in the hands of lawyers, Foreman said. If the documents are finished by December, Yale will return to work on properties in the new year.
With a funding of 1.25 million completed at the end of August, Yale has enough money for now to keep everything current job. "We're well up that spring, "Foreman said.
