Why Malaysia, Singapore still have many stories to tell the devil?
Many people said in Tamil cinema the interview that when they went to the shooting in countries like Malaysia, Singapore, they felt the devil, ghost, etc. on.why well? In addition, in many magazines I read about such issues, incidents. I know this is not true. But why they say so especially in these two countries? Someone could me you explain clearly?
N Kumar, certainly not to attract tourists! both countries were under British rule. many murders held at this time and after the Japanese took over, there were more massacres and atrocities. I personal experiences as well. and as there are Malays in these two countries, (originally from Malaysia and Singapore were just rainforest. descendents if indigenous Malays today). They have the tradition of "production": "makhluk Halus' (i dono the real term for this in English.'s something like 'pisasu'). and they also like to keep toyol, Orang Minyak etc. (you can Google those names. many items are there. There are many videos, but if I doubt the authenticity). Of course some Malay villages had these "pets", but after some time they dont care these ghosts (or rather demons) and allowed to walk. Here in Malaysia we dont even banana plant in front of the house (or at least the Indians do). the backyard is the site of a banana. because there is a "devil" called "Pocong" known to reside within .. banana flower and if it is in front of the house, there may come that I saw one hanging on a banana flower, when I was a little child.
