What is a trademark used for and what is good?
I try to know if I want or need a brand to protect a drawing that I have. First, it is a logo saying. For example, say HELLO I use the word, but instead of the IO use a peace sign. I intend to take this logo hello and make a pendant and put on a T-shirt. I can mark through my state, but how do I protect myself and how does it work? Does that mean that nobody in the state can use my logo or sell it without my permission? The design I have is local / state based so I do not care if people in another state want to liquidate. I just do not want people in my state to have access to this plan if it goes through me. Also, I had a second design that was being transformed into a iron-on custom. I had to get an estimate for the minimum only 100 pcs. The guy has designed and is known in saying it will sell to others if I do get not 1000. Power I did TM for the state dates back if the project has not been recorded by anyone?
Brands Trade distinguish products on the market – you have a valid trademark as soon as you start to use it commercially. So you'd better start selling stuff. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER YOUR BRAND AT LEAST THAT IS USED IN THE TRADE – you get the benefits of registration such as national registration. Get to it!
