What were the circumstances surrounding the rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin left the WWE?
I guess it's two different but what was the scenario, leaving the Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin leaving?
The Rock has turned down the offer of a new contract and let it sink in late 2004.He had already said in interviews that after the success of The Scorpion King that he wanted to concentrate on film felt career.He he had obtained all he could with the WWE and thought it was time to quit while he was still fit and accommodation uninjured.His Pie Eating Contest in 2004 was his last appearance under contract. http://slam.canoe.ca/Slam/Wrestling/Bios/rock.html Stone Cold is still under contract to WWE, but with the WWE Films division instead of the WWE Raw Wrestling.He had already left after Wrestlemania XX on contractual disputes and the scenarios it was involved with.But Vince rehired him later this year on a rolling contract (which was later changed to the WWE Films) to stimulate and notes add a new twist to Raw.Stone cold still makes appearances and promos on Raw during the production workers in need. http://www.wwe.com/superstars/raw/stonecold/
