Bear Plush

Teddies, irresistible, intelligent, and universally liked. It's outside, but what about the bear market? What tissues, padding and whistles go to our Top Friends?
Cloth
Over the years there have been bears in almost all materials imaginable. The classic fabric that was used for the first door is mohair (Angora wool), which has a realistic texture and is very resistant to dirt. Over the years, manufacturers experimented with other materials cheaper and in wartime there was no even an economy fabric fiber nettle! The tissue substitutes are widely used for mohair, because they are washable and can be dyed a rainbow of colors.
Paw Pads
Many early Bear pills were cut from felt or sometimes before. This was considered, however, in an expensive material for a mere toy. In the 1930s a cheaper alternative called rexine was used. This was made from oil cloth, but was prone to cracking. Leather and velvet are also used. More recently, platelets were stuffed or integrated into the ends or with different color inserts. It is common nowadays for synthetic washable to use.
Farce
Lana Wood was the first filling and continued in use for many years. From 1918 Kapok, a fiber of fresh seed pods of the ceiba tree became popular, while in World War 2, had teddy bears economy as waste plants cotton socks or cut. Today, many landfills are washable, for obvious reasons and wadding polyester and plastic pellets are very popular.
Features
Initially eyes became the eyes of the button shoe. The glass eyes were available and the first were made of blown glass, imported from Germany. However, they were expensive and were considered the least expensive paint color on the rear window. The eyes were originally equipped with a small metal hook, but after regulation 2 of the security World War led to the development of plastic eyes today in the back secured with a washer.
Nose was more difficult to achieve a satisfactory manner as plastic and leather were too hard, if ultimately nose embroidered by hand is now the most frequently observed. This is a useful indication for the manufacturer to bear in different companies in different forms and ways of sewing. Today The toys children usually lock-in security in the face of plastic, while the collection bears are more likely to have the traditional hand stitched nose.
The mouths are traditionally sewn by hand, usually with a single center line of nose to end in a reverse "V". Change the shape of the "V" can completely alter the expression of a bear with a beautiful smile to a more thoughtful, or even cross the future face.
Joints
Principles of the bear to move his head and limbs, and he had a map or metal disc inserted in both sides of the town joined by a pin and secured with a metal washer. Plastic rods, metal pins replaced in the 1940s and joints cardboard are now obsolete have long since been replaced by plastic, but the joints hardboard are still used for an artist to bear.
Squeakers and grumpy
Squeakers were found by teddy bears, and a strange machine consists of a rod in a rubber bag also tested. However, the inclination Burgundy is universally accepted to produce the "true" voice of the teddy bear. These include grumpy cardboard tubes with a small pair of bellows attached a cane. When the bear became a weight on one end and open the hood when it rose again to give the air is released slowly, realistic growling noise. The same principle is used in teddy bears to this day, some of which can be seen in DevonBear designs in a range of products including aprons [http://www.devonbeardesigns.com/prod6.asp?prod_id=3340&id=266&sub_cat=579&grpid=3340&msg = & offset =] and maps Greeting [http://www.devonbeardesigns.com/prod6.asp?prod_id=3344&id=272&sub_cat=581&grpid=3344&msg=&offset =].
